Blucoat Series
Balmerol Blucoat series compounds are formulated using special grades of bitumen, compounded with mineral oil to get desired viscosity. Balmerol Blucoat series has extremely good adhesion to metals and forms a tenacious film which does not creep out under boundary conditions. Balmerol Blucoat series possess mild EP properties, have excellent water repellence and is non corrosive to most of the metals, including copper. It meets IS: 9554-1996 specification

Applications / Recommendations:
- Balmerol Blucoat series is recommended for open gear of draglines, bushings, bull gears, crushers, steels mills and non critical girth gears / pinions in cement mills, rod mills and paper mills
- Balmerol Blucoat series is also recommended as regular lubricants for wire rope of operation in ships or cable car haulage
- Balmerol Blucoat series is approved by RDSO for lubrication Traction Motor gear case of locomotives
